Songwriting

Songwriting has always been a huge part of Rob’s artistic life. From “Savannah,” the lead single from his latest album “Halfway Home,” to “Warm Gulf Water,” a recent cut co-written with rock legend Simon Kirke, Rob brings together country, folk and rock in a unique memorable way. Simon’s new album “All Because of You” also includes “Trouble Road” and “Wind and Rain,”  songs co-written by Rob and Simon along with Nashville writers  Mark E. Barnowski and Judy Klass. Rob continues to write regularly, and is currently working with Corey Lee Barker, Carla Torgerson, and Jack Gerhard, among others.
